Privacy Policy
This policy explains what FluentQ Technologies collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us. If you submit the contact form, that means your name, email address, optionally your company, and whatever you write in the message.
We also collect basic, aggregated traffic information — pages viewed, approximate region, referring site — to understand what people find useful. This is not tied to your identity and we do not attempt to re-identify it.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope work.
- To keep the site secure and working correctly.
- To understand, in aggregate, which content is worth writing.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies
This site stores a single preference in your browser: your choice of light or dark theme. It never leaves your device and is not used for tracking. Any analytics we run is cookieless.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as we have an active conversation plus a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Write to hello@fluentq.com and we will action it.
Security
We apply the same practices we recommend to clients: least-privilege access, encryption in transit, and minimal retention. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something material happens.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the date below.
